Clients

Use the Client Portal

Create secure portal links so clients can review invoices, receipts, estimates, and comments.

Steps

    Open Dashboard, then Clients.

  2. 2

    Select a client and create a portal link.

  3. 3

    Send the generated link to the client.

  4. 4

    The client can open assigned documents, leave comments, and approve or reject estimates.

  5. 5

    Client comments appear in the invoice activity thread and notification bell.

Notes

Portal links are token-based and can expire or be revoked.

Unread client comments are tracked separately from total comments.
