Track Expenses

Record expenses, attach receipts, and compare income against costs.

Steps

    Open Dashboard, then Expenses.

    Add the amount, currency, date, category, vendor, and optional notes.

  3. 3

    Attach a receipt image when needed.

  4. 4

    Use filters and search to review expense records.

  5. 5

    Dashboard net profit uses paid invoice revenue minus tracked expenses by currency.

Notes

Keep expense currency aligned with the original transaction.

Receipt attachments are limited to keep storage and performance predictable.
